How to help

With the CMA being the most populous area in the Cape, native habitats are continuously threatened by a number of different issues. The main threats in the Cape Metropolitan Area include urbaran creep, the destruction of wetlands and nature reserves, building on beaches and mountains, as well as the planting of invasives.

CASABIO strives to contribute to the conservation of the natural vegetation in the Western Cape and the maintenance of the global biodiversity. We urgently need your help for this work!

CASABIO absolutely depends on sponsorships and donations in order to maintain the operation, improve the setup and allow the NGO to expand first to the professional botanical community, and then to the public. For more details on how to help financially, please refer to our donations page.
